Meet Trevor

Trevor Curran is a mortgage executive and investment-property financing specialist with over four years of experience focused primarily on business-purpose and non-owner-occupied lending. As President of Vestra, Trevor leads with a deep understanding of DSCR, bridge, fix-and-flip, and ground-up construction financing, helping investors access reliable capital with clarity and precision. He has personally originated nearly $85 million in loan volume and overseen more than $250 million in production, building a reputation for structuring complex investment deals in a way that feels streamlined and repeatable for clients.

Prior to launching Vestra, Trevor served as Vice President of Operations at a correspondent/broker mortgage firm, where he helped scale annual volume from $70 million to over $100 million and led the expansion of business-purpose originations, which grew to represent the majority of company production. He built and maintained the company’s pricing engine, trained and developed new loan officers into top producers, and established operational systems that supported consistent growth. Trevor combines hands-on origination experience with executive-level operational leadership, bringing both strategic vision and execution to every transaction and partnership.
